Yes it would be nice to have an app linked to your insurance. But what's the point if you can't even use it to make a payment!!!!! Ridiculous! They claim you can pay online or by phone 24HRS- YOU CAN DO NEITHER!!!! This is my first time using this company and it's looking like my last. What kind of insurance company doesn't have at least a 24 hou phone line? Even if it's an answering service. I guess wrecks don't happen after 5pm or on weekends.

Jill - We tried to call but unfortunately your number is disconnected. Our 24 hour pay by phone feature - only works on active policies - when we checked the records it turns out you called in after your cancellation. When the app opens it just stays on the loading screen and can't do anything it used to work that's how I did my monthly payments now I can't

Jose - sorry to hear you are having trouble with getting the app to load. To help isolate the problem we could use some additional information from you. Please contact us at 888-754-1911 or marketing@aspenmga.com and mention that you are having trouble with the app. *Note you can make payments by phone 24/7 with $0 fee on that number too.

I'm confused, I get a letter in the mail saying to download this app to make managing and paying my car insurance easier and more convenient, well my problem is... I can't even get past the sign in because it keeps saying something went wrong even though I received a message at the bottom of the screen saying "policy information is valid" please proceed. So I'm really unsure how this is suppose to be an easy and convenient app when I can't even get passed the sign up process.
