I've used the Aspen Smart Window Fan for several years and the temperature-based automations in AspenHome used to work great. This year they no longer trigger. The app is receiving the correct local temperature, and the scenes are configured correctly, but the fan doesn't change modes when the temperature crosses the set points. I've deleted and recreated the scenes with no improvement. Manual controls work normally. Please fix the temperature-triggered scene automation

Automation and especially location services used with automation needs more work. It's obsessively set on using my phone location(which isn't correct). When I try to set manually to a different part of my city, it doesn't update. It still insists on using my phone location and it doesn't accurately reflect temperature and weather setting for my city. (Thinks it's 65 when it's really 85, etc.....)

It took awhile to get the fan to connect to my wifi, but once it did, it worked great! So don't give up trying to connect the fan to your wifi, it just takes awhile to sync. But the fan works great with the app, I can do everything with the app that I can do as if I was standing in front of it. Except take it in and out of the window or clean the unit. I give it 5 stars even though it was tough to sync with my wifi.
