Can't select EU countries and timezones. Response: I probably am using the Latin America only. So my concern and thus the bad review is that it's not obvious (have still not found it) this app is geo limited. I think others would appreciate a more clear name.

After some time not using the App, I am asked to update it. Pressing the Update button takes you nowhere - when it even shows. There is no Update button in the App Store, so I erased it and reinstall it. And it is still asking to be updated. There is now way to use it. I’m the meantime, you end up with an expensive electronic lock that only opens manually. The only lock code in use is one that everyone knows and cannot be changed. Such a scam and waste of money and time.

It's a shame. In comparison to third-company applications, here you'll have only basic functions. You won't have important features such as "Battery level status" or "Fingerprint Records" for all guests. The only positive point is the Google Home integration.
