can't change the language from Spanish to English, not in the app or in my phone settings, and what's app help line is a robot no humans to help I live in Mexico and got the right app for this country, but no English. I'm not happy. I have to screenshot in the translator on my phone 🙃 p.s. should give a fat zero -

After some time not using the App, I am asked to update it. Pressing the Update button takes you nowhere - when it even shows. There is no Update button in the App Store, so I erased it and reinstall it. And it is still asking to be updated. There is now way to use it. I’m the meantime, you end up with an expensive electronic lock that only opens manually. The only lock code in use is one that everyone knows and cannot be changed. Such a scam and waste of money and time.

This app is so undeveloped and disappointing. It just stoped working out of nowhere. I couldn't remove properly the temporary users I added which brings me concernes about the security of my home. It took me several attempts to remove two users but the third remains, no matter what. I don't know if the temporary passwords are still effective or not. Now I can't add new users because the screen goes blank every single time. There is no lock battery level indication.
