📦 ASSERDOUNE – Parcel Delivery France ↔ Morocco

ASSERDOUNE is a mobile application dedicated to parcel delivery and tracking between France and Morocco, designed for individuals, agencies, and carriers.

The application facilitates connections and logistics tracking, while guaranteeing clear traceability at every stage.

🚚 Two Shipping Methods

1. Drop-off at an Agency
The customer prepares their parcel in the application (information, photos, recipient), then physically drops it off at a partner agency.
The parcel is only accepted after scanning by the agency.

2. Home Pickup
The customer can request a pickup from a carrier.
Pickup is only effective after confirmation and scanning of the parcel by the carrier.

Adding photos and notes during pickups

Carrier: pickup, transport, and delivery

Each user only has access to the information relevant to them.

ASSERDOUNE uses secure services (Firebase) for:

Users can delete their account directly from the application.
