This app is a members-only app provided to licensed real estate agents and brokerage assistants using the real estate transaction information network program ‘MySpider V2’, serving as an auxiliary tool for the program.

You can manage your own properties, co-brokered properties, client management, contract management, guest notifications, and messaging functions managed within the MySpider V2 program by linking them to your smartphone.

1) My Properties

- You can search for and manage properties that you have registered and manage.

2) Public Properties

- You can view listings registered for co-brokerage by real estate agents using MySpider V2.

3) Advanced Search

- You can search for properties based on specific criteria when searching for My Properties or Public Properties.

4) Message Notifications

- Notifications received from MySpider V2 are linked to the app and are received simultaneously at any time; you can also reply to messages or post replies.

◎ APSpider2 App Access Permission Guide

To provide smooth app services, we utilize the minimum permissions set as follows.

[Essential Access Permissions]

- Phone: Used to verify phone numbers to identify users authorized to use the app and to process logins. You must agree to use the service; if you wish to withdraw, please delete the app.

[Optional Access Permissions]

- Camera: Used to take photos for posting property information or messages.

- Storage: Used to save photos taken for posting property information or messages to storage space.

- Notifications: Used to receive notifications when messages, guest alerts, or comments are posted.

* You can still use APSpider2 services even if you do not agree to allow optional access permissions. However, the use of some features may be restricted.

You can disable access to this permission in Settings. Each add-on feature may be automatically added when updating APSpider2.
