QIOZ is a free-to-use language learning application funded by the Paris Region. Please note that the QIOZ application is exclusive to the residents of Paris Region, and as such you must be physically present in the Region when you create your user account.
Learn in a totally new way thanks to the over 1,500 video clips from films, television shows, music videos and documentaries.
Learn one or more languages choosing from English, German, Spanish, Portuguese or French, no matter what your starting level in any of them. You can learn with a range of specific modules depending on your objectives and preferences, and a virtual coach will guide you throughout your learning experience. Regular level tests allow you to measure your progress and assess your proficiency according to the standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

I am having issues with Level 14 of the starter lab videos for learning beginner level French. It just gets hung up when I go to the last segment everytime and I am unable to validate my answers. Inspite of me dropping an email to your support services 2-3 times, I haven't got any response from them. Please look into the aforementioned issue and solve the bug.

The concept it's great but it has a lot of bugs that prevents you of finishing the exercises and modules, there's no way to report them. I even tried using the contact form but it doesn't work either :/ it's such a shame because the exercises and the way they are structured is really good.

edit: app now crashes after recent update, bugs from 2022 still exist in 2023. great use of our taxes! seems really good from what I've tried so far (currently just French), but still a buggy UI, and the "how to report a bug" section in the FAQ isn't updated (coming soon)...so, should I write it all here, or just send you a message from within the "contact us" form?
