About this app

Welcome to the mSuvlasnik system, the system that offers you
• information about your building, space, representative and other co-owners
• insight into current liabilities, debts, overpayments and future debts
• payment of obligations
• balance of building accounts and other reports
• list of contractors

Your representative and manager will guide you through the system
• send all relevant notifications
• run surveys related to your building
• initiate the pre-decision procedure
• and you can inform your neighbors that you will have works or warn them about the noise

To be able to use the system, please register on your manager's website!

If you already have, log in with the same name and password and you can start using the application immediately.

After signing in, be sure to first enter the application settings and set it up
• what information about you do you want other co-owners to see
• which banking application you use for payment
