Daily working life can often be as demanding as it is complex. We regularly hear feedback from our customers: “We should always be able to have you with us.” We have taken this to heart and laid the foundation for this with our Assistly app!
As a “Swiss army knife” for office heroes, digital natives and managers, it is intended to offer a wide range of functions that make our know-how, our expertise and our methods accessible at all times.
To launch the app, we offer a smart meeting timer - perfect for important meetings, workshops and larger and smaller company meetings.
The advantages of this feature:

With the option to integrate the agenda directly into the timer, the smart timer ensures that no important points are overlooked. The moderator is automatically notified of upcoming agenda items, resulting in a smoother and more structured meeting.
Flexibility and adaptability
The intuitive timer function makes it possible to adjust agenda items even during the meeting. This provides the flexibility to respond to spontaneous changes or discussions without losing track of the schedule.
