This app needs to be fixed... it can't remember passwords no matter how many times you put your password in.. Tried to reset my password, and then it decides to get stuck and won't let you continue!!! 😡😡😡😡 very aggravating and annoying.

There are a number of things that can affect the app not loading such as internet connection issues, VPN, and more. The app does require resources available over the internet. I loved this insurance company. But I paid my bill the other day on the 12 of January & they needed to hear it was ok to use my roommates credit card. Then they added him to my account. We both told them he doesn't touch my car. He has his own truck & own insurance. They told me I had to fill out something and send it back to have him taken off. I did that. I sent it like 4 times. They also added $40 extra. Now they have it pending cancellation on the 28th. So I got 2 weeks of insurance.
