CareWhen Mobile allows authorized caregivers to log into their agency's home care scheduling system.

The caregivers benefit by 24x7 access to work information and a friendly interface to electronic visit verification (EVV). The agency benefits by a reduction in internal call volume and greater EVV compliance.

Using CareWhen Mobile, caregivers can perform the following tasks.
1. Look up work schedule, including care tasks to be performed.
2. Look up client addresses and get driving directions.
3. Clock in and clock out from client's home.
4. Report on tasks completed, or left undone at client's request.
5. Communicate with the agency staff via messaging.

I really don't like the way the app does not monitor or track how many overall hours you work. You have to add the hours you work per day, which can get confusing. When typing the password to log in, I can't see where I mess up if I do, and so I have to delete the whole word and start over. Wrote 10/20/24 It asks you if you want to want to start the scheduled visit, and sometimes I think that is all I need to clock in. However, it then asks you to clock in. afterward again.It's confusing.

Location is not good it says I'm far from where I'm suppose to be to clock in and out when I'm right in the living room.
