Peleng is a secure sales office for businesses that sell through Instagram comments and DMs.

Managers get the conversations and sales tools they need. The owner keeps control of the Instagram account, customer contacts, operating rules, and team results.

PROTECT YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT AND CUSTOMER BASE

Only the owner connects Instagram. Managers reply through Peleng without receiving the Instagram password, Meta authorization, or source tokens.

When Client Base Protection is enabled, the customer's real identity is replaced with a protected alias. Phone numbers, email addresses, links, and messenger handles are masked in conversations. Peleng also checks filenames, QR codes, vCards, and contact details found in images.

Attempts to send personal off-platform contact details can be blocked before they reach Instagram. Owner-approved company contacts and domains remain available. Security events are recorded in an owner-only journal.

A manager can request access to a specific lead for five minutes. After approval, the original identity and messages become available for that limited window without repeated requests. Protection returns automatically when the window expires.

SELL WITHOUT A LANGUAGE BARRIER

Incoming messages and lead previews are displayed in the manager's interface language, while the original remains attached to the conversation.

Managers can reply in their own language and Peleng prepares the customer-facing version. If a reply is already written in the customer's language, it is sent unchanged instead of being translated unnecessarily.

Long messages are translated first and then divided within Instagram limits at natural sentence boundaries.

TURN COMMENTS AND DMS INTO MANAGED SALES

Peleng evaluates comments and incoming DMs using the business rules defined by the owner. Commercial interest is separated from routine conversation and noise.

Qualified leads enter the active workspace, can receive an automatic first contact, and are assigned to an eligible manager. The team receives notifications, works with a complete conversation history, and records the result.

A lead closes only when No lead or Sale completed is selected. If that customer writes again, Peleng returns the conversation to active work as a new repeat-sale opportunity.

CONTROL TEAM SPEED AND OUTCOMES

Every new customer message starts a new response interval. When the manager replies, Peleng records the response time. First-response SLA is measured separately from assignment to the manager's first reply.

Cabinet business hours are respected, so SLA does not grow outside the working schedule. Owners can see unanswered and overdue conversations, manager workload, average response time, first-response SLA, sales, conversion, and revenue.

MODERATE WITHOUT DELETING

The owner can select Off or Auto-hide. Peleng can hide spam, scams, advertising, toxicity, and other comments according to owner-defined rules. Comments are not deleted, and managers do not receive destructive moderation controls.
