Everytime I try to remotely scan a vehicle I'll fill in all the required information and try to submit the request only to have the app say "Something went wrong" - this requires me to unplug the tool, fill in the required information again and then submit it again. It is the most annoying thing and time consuming. Please fix!

If you like looking at blue spinning blue circles, this is the app for you. great when it works. getting it to work is hard. Very Frustrating!! getting worst every day.

New app does not allow the technician to enter a cell phone number to be called directly like the old app. Now astech is constantly calling the front office when scans are complete and causes us a lot of extra chasing around. Fix this and I'd give it 5 stars.
