horrible connectivity issues and the app works 2% of the time the amount of money you spend on this device you'd think they'd have good customer support but no....no one answers the phone when you call support it just sends you to voicemail and you never get a call back by far one of the worst systems and services I've ever used

Everytime I try to remotely scan a vehicle I'll fill in all the required information and try to submit the request only to have the app say "Something went wrong" - this requires me to unplug the tool, fill in the required information again and then submit it again. It is the most annoying thing and time consuming. Please fix!

New app does not allow the technician to enter a cell phone number to be called directly like the old app. Now astech is constantly calling the front office when scans are complete and causes us a lot of extra chasing around. Fix this and I'd give it 5 stars.
