⭐ Monthly Instalment Program – How It Works
1. Customers can join the Astra Gold Monthly Instalment Program through the app.
2. Pay a fixed instalment amount every month for the chosen tenure.
3. After completing all instalments, the customer becomes eligible to purchase jewellery of their choice.
4. The matured amount can be redeemed only on jewellery purchases (terms shown inside the app).
5. No partial withdrawals allowed during the program.

• Customers can buy gold, diamonds, watches, or accessories directly through the app.
• Once full payment is made, the order is processed.
• Products are shipped to the customer’s delivery address through our dedicated logistics partners.

⭐ CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
2. Once the item is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
3. For the Monthly Instalment Program:
• Cancellation is allowed anytime before maturity.
• On cancellation, the customer will receive a refund of the total instalments paid after deducting administrative charges (if applicable).
4. Astra Gold & Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, pricing error, or policy violation.

⭐ REFUND POLICY
1. Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipment) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
3. Refunds are not applicable once the product is delivered unless:
• The item is damaged
• The wrong item is delivered
4. Refund for Instalment Program cancellation follows the scheme’s rules and administrative deductions.
5. Refunds for gold bars, gold coins, or jewellery after delivery are not permitted due to purity, weight, and certification standards.
