ASTRAINING MANAGER is a professional application for managing and tracking in-home tutoring. It allows educational centers, teachers, and parents to manage all administrative, pedagogical, and financial aspects within a secure platform organized by distinct roles.
The application is designed for three user profiles: management, teachers, and parents, each with personalized access to its features.
Management can manage user accounts, tutoring contracts, teachers, students, and parents. It features a comprehensive dashboard with real-time statistics, monthly reports, financial tracking, commissions, revenue, and margins. Teacher salaries and parent invoices are calculated and generated automatically, with history, receipts, and payment tracking.
Tutoring sessions are scheduled, recorded, and validated using an anti-fraud system that combines GPS geolocation and unique QR codes per contract. Any session can be validated, rejected, or reviewed in case of anomalies (suspicious duration, excessive distance, inconsistency).
ASTRAINING MANAGER integrates an advanced educational system: management of academic years and terms, entry of grades by subject (homework, tests, exams), automatic calculation of term and year averages, generation of report cards, and detailed tracking of student progress. Parents can view their children's grades, report cards, and performance graphs.
The application also manages extra sessions and additional hours: proposals from parents or the administration, teacher applications, validation, payment tracking, and distinction between regular, extra, and voluntary sessions.
A comprehensive schedule is available for all roles with daily, weekly, and monthly views, advanced filters, global search, and tracking of upcoming sessions with a countdown timer.
Communication is facilitated by an integrated chat system (administration, teachers, parents), an announcements section, and an automatic notification system via push notifications, SMS, and email for important events (sessions, payments, grades, messages, job postings).
ASTRAINING MANAGER also allows for the management of teacher job postings, unavailability, monthly educational and financial reports, and the export of documents (invoices, receipts, report cards, reports) in PDF format.
The application operates in real time, with local caching and automatic synchronization, and offers a responsive, fluid, and intuitive mobile interface.
Security is ensured through secure authentication, strict roles and permissions, encryption of sensitive data, and compliance with data protection regulations. A login is required to access features based on the assigned role.
Important: ASTRAINING MANAGER does not currently integrate any online payment system. The application does not offer an integrated payment solution at this time.
It only allows for the display, calculation, and tracking of financial amounts. The amounts owed by each parent are calculated automatically based on the number of children, the number of active contracts, the sessions completed, and the defined rates.
Similarly, the application calculates and displays teachers' projected and actual salaries based on contracts, validated sessions, additional sessions, and rules defined by management. This information is visible to both management and each teacher concerned.
No financial transactions are processed directly within the application. Payments are made outside the platform.
