Your inventory, monitored every day.

QuantOps monitors your warehouse for you and alerts you to potential problems: products running low, batches expiring next month, or customers who haven't paid in 60 days. All without you having to open your system to find out.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Distributors, importers, hardware stores, and auto parts suppliers that manage two or more warehouses and currently track their inventory in Excel. If you already use Siigo, Alegra, or World Office for invoicing, QuantOps doesn't require you to switch: it handles what your invoicing software doesn't.

WHAT IT DOES

• Multi-warehouse inventory: Stock levels per warehouse, with batch numbers, expiration dates, and transfer traceability. Every movement is recorded.

• Your camera as a scanner: Your phone reads barcodes and QR codes. You can perform physical counts, check ins and outs without buying a scanner.

• Actual Purchase Cost
Distributes freight, taxes, and import duties across each product. You know your true cost, not just what the invoice stated.

• Purchases and Sales
Purchase orders, receipts, and orders are linked to inventory: what you receive goes in, and what you ship goes out.

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, with balances by customer and supplier.

• AI Monitoring Agents
You choose what they should review and how often. They read your data daily and alert you when they find something: stockouts, expiring batches, delinquent customers, and undelivered orders.

The agents review and notify you. Any changes to your data must first be approved by you.
