Used to be good, now not working....why?
Has some good ideas Have tried it a couple of times, but keep reverting to complete PC-planners like SkyTools and DSP, then transfer plans to the much more smooth SkySafari. That's not optimal either, but best. Can't get why someone would make a planner like this without honoring tablets. Should also install to SD-card, yes can be done. Will watch it though, still the best 'real' planner for Android.
A good app but There is no way to move the data to an sd card. As far as I'm aware its up to the developer to enable this in the app but most don't. Sky Safari pro has 1gb + database and that can be stored to a card so I can't see that google is to blame.. I wish I had got the plus version instead.
Very excellent This app is exactly what I wanted for my astrophotography toolkit. Great starcharts with dss and framing overlays. Huge object list using just about every database I've ever heard of (and a few I hadn't). Customizable filters for magnitude limits, size in arc seconds, and object types to make finding my targets even easier. Highly recommended for anyone into deep sky objects.
Fantastic Great app. The best in class for creating observing lists out in the field
Well thought, well done.
