About this game

Welcome to Pizza Hero, the exciting new shoot 'em up roguelite that puts a delicious twist on the genre! In this game, you'll play as a brave pizza who must defend the world from an invasion of enemies.

As you battle your way through the game, you'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of different toppings that will grant you special abilities. For example, selecting pepperoni will give you a grenade, allowing you to deal splash damage. Or, if you're feeling saucy, you can choose blue cheese to create a pungent parameter around your pizza, damaging any foes that come too close.

Pizza Hero is a swarm survivor, meaning that you'll need to use all of your skills and strategies to take down waves of relentless enemies. With randomly generated levels and power-ups, no two playthroughs are ever the same. Unlock and follow recipes to create an evolution of toppings.

Absolutely love this game! The designs are cute and unique, and the addition of followers to collect XP as you go makes the levels a lot smoother. I also like the fact that there are things to do during the levels other than just surviving the waves; the paths leading to new companions to unlock or minibosses with more XP gives it a bit more direction than other swarm games. Definitely worth paying to remove ads. I also downloaded the Steam version and the Developer Support DLC on my PC as well!

This game is absolutely incredible. The crashing from time to time is a shame, and I hope the devs are working to fix that, but I have yet to have it crash during an actual game, only on the menu screen, and it is otherwise a really fun and engaging game. Ignore the bad reviews. Highly recommend!

How this game hasnt got more ratings is a mystery, because it is one of the best magic survival style games ive ever played. The gameplay and sound effects are excellent. The soundtrack is fantastic. The IAP for ads removal is a decent price and the few bonuses you get is generous. In the future id like to see co op multiplayer and tougher bosses, a game mode designed to only work with the damage output of 2 players. That would be great! Also make more songs!!! Thank you devs. Masterpiece.
