I rarely write a review but my experience after using it forced me to write. It's waste, it was my first chat just now and instead of answering what I wanted to know, I was being asked more complicated questions. None of my queries were cleared. I understand that every app needs money but one basic thing is earning the user's trust which this app was unable to earn. First impression is mostly the last impression. I hope you guys will work on it.

Bakwas app, first chat was free for 3 min. None of the things are cleared, and they ask for recharge, and I did. Since recharge was done and the app doesn't work well. Loading loading and not open as well. Wasted money and time as well.

Worst app ever. I've asked a question on 11th June,2025 and Rs. 50/- got deducted for the same but I've not received any reply for the same and my question is still pending. I even raised a ticket with customer care support on 13th June, 2025 for the same and response to that ticket is also pending.
