Recently I've ordered from Aswaq and I had a bad experience with the courier company. Aswaq's customer service seemed good but their shipping company was very inefficient. My order was late, my order was delivered incomplete and the contents of the order were broken when I finally received it. Also, when I did receive the broken goods, some of the order was still incomplete. I'm already waiting for one week to return the broken goods and the rest of my order - no one has contacted me back. Very unhappy.
