The Installer App is a work management tool designed for home installation and repair service technicians. It helps technicians receive work orders assigned by the platform, view service information, track on-site progress, and maintain a clear service record with the platform.
Main Functions:
1. View and Process Work Orders: Technicians can view assigned order information, including service items, customer contact information, service address, appointment time, and order status, facilitating advance work planning.
2. Accept and Reject Orders: If the order can be fulfilled on time, the technician can confirm acceptance and begin follow-up; if it cannot be processed due to time constraints or other reasons, it can be rejected according to the procedure, and the platform will reschedule.
3. Update Service Progress: During the service process, technicians can record progress such as arrival, construction in progress, and completion, allowing the platform and merchants to clearly understand the processing status of each order.
4. Upload On-Site Photos: Technicians can upload on-site photos or service receipts as needed to help record the construction status, completion results, and subsequent verification.
5. Technician Information Management
New technicians can submit basic information and relevant certificates. The platform will review their submissions and then grant them the right to accept orders, ensuring service quality and platform standards.
