Update: after an AWS issue if you use the app to unlock the bike you'll be out of luck riding home. If you're not in an area where the bike's card can't see the network you're out of luck again. The bike's good but be careful trusting the app to unlock it given the many issues. The app ride details also doesn't work. Uninstalled. The latest update fixed the gps issues that were seen in the original drop. This now makes the app useful (find-my-bike now works)

Thank you for your valuable feedback. If the Bluetooth is not connected, the electronic lock function will depend on a good network environment. We recommend unlocking the bike when the APP shows that it is connected to the bike's Bluetooth.We are striving to improve your experience with our app, please trust us and stay tuned for version updates.

I downloaded this a couple weeks ago and expected an update to be released by now. The app is completely unusable as it does not allow you to sign up without error. This is the same for the Android and the iOS version. Please fix this so we can sync our bikes to the app.

Maps in the app are not accurate. Sent an email in the app and never got a reply as well.
