Ordered food, it has been saying on the way for the past 2 hours and still hasn't been delivered, customer service not helpful at all just telling me it's on the way and can't cancel it. What a joke

It's one of the worst food ordering apps. Customer service is almost non-existent with their bad treatment, poor service, and many technical issues that prevent you from using the app and make you lose a lot of money for offers that you can't benefit from. Edit: i have tried multiple times to talk to your live support, but they didn't help me with anything they keep saying that they are gonna fix it in 24 hours, and it's been more than 10 days

Support and payment processor is horrible. The app claims to support English but it's staff don't. I have to try 4 ish times before I get to someone who will even engage with me. The others will just end the chat or ignore me dispite having an English option I select. I've also had the app double charge me for the same order. It's payment processing 101 to prevent double charging using unique IDs. I can't believe its missing such basic features. and it wouldn't accept most my cards
