They forget to send ketchup many times, I always order big size potatoes, and they have sent me the wrong size many times, the last time half of potatoes in the box was missing, maybe the driver ate them, and at the end of the potatoes are always hard, many times they have sent me old french fries, I pay money it is not. for free so they should be careful with the orders

It's one of the worst food ordering apps. Customer service is almost non-existent with their bad treatment, poor service, and many technical issues that prevent you from using the app and make you lose a lot of money for offers that you can't benefit from. Edit: i have tried multiple times to talk to your live support, but they didn't help me with anything they keep saying that they are gonna fix it in 24 hours, and it's been more than 10 days
