About this app

HAIL is a medical intelligence platform digitally connecting vital signs, medical treatments, and intervention requests of users on the edge with command centers and critical care facilities. HAIL is compatible with any flavor of ATAK, integrates with wearables, digitizes treatment information, and supports CASEVAC workflows.

HAIL is compatible with Samsung, Garmin, and Polar devices, and currently employs a digital DD1380. The plugin can be customized for any organization and has the infrastructure to connect to any sensor.

The companion Wear OS app is for Samsung devices only, as it uses the Samsung Health SDK to get vitals directly from the onboard device sensors and not from the online health stack. Heartrate, SpO2, and skin temperature can then be displayed on the watch and transmitted to the phone app. This keeps data local to the device and not stored on the device or the cloud.
