EIS 2.0 has been rebuilt with the latest technologies so that all functions like photo capture and report sharing work smoothly with the latest Android phones.
Presently, EIS 2.0 has only the Service Module enabled. Users can log calls, allot calls, generate service reports and close calls.
Features like Visits, Claims & Payments will be added in due course of time. Users can continue to use the old EIS 1.0 app for these features. However, the Service Module will be disabled from the EIS 1.0 app.
