This app needs to be un-installed and then reinstalled after every completed trip. Will not show new trip even after completing a trip. There's no prompt or command to receive a new trip. It only shows the current trip after uninstalling and then reinstalling. And yes, since I reinstall every time, I'm sure it's the current version (unless you install old versions). Please address this problem. It's been occurring for over a year.

Only works about 30% of the time. Most of the issues are once you scan a saddle barcode it doesn't remember it. Then it forces me to call my driver services team to have them fear the load which is not the right way to do it. Because this app is horrible. Or sometimes it doesn't open. Or sometimes it tells me that everything scanned and then I get a phone call from my manager saying I didn't close out my saddles. And sometimes it doesn't read any barcodes and I have to delete the app and reinsta

This app is very reliable if your goal is to waste time and get nothing done. Instead of using this app, save time and frustration and just call Drivers Services. It's quicker to listen to that horrid hold screeching ("music") than to use this app. Make note of your times and completely skip this piece of tihs app. With apps like this one, Google should have negative star ratings.

Thomas, I am sorry to hear you have been having issues. Your comment does not include which version of the application you are using, but we have found it is working great for most people now. I would love to hear more details of the issues you are experiencing.
