The application offers a series of interfaces allowing trainees, trainers and administration to manage various aspects related to training, results and absences efficiently.

Absence management:
This interface is divided into three parts:

Trainer: Each trainer connects to the application with their email and password to easily manage the presence and absence of their groups. He can also consult statistics on the presence of trainees for each module taught.

Trainee: The trainee can consult his percentage of absences by entering his CIN. A notification is sent to him with the modules and their percentage if the trainee has exceeded the authorized absence limit or is about to exceed it.

Trainee Management: The administration connects to the application using their email and password to view trainee absence statistics according to groups.

Exam results:
Trainees can view their exam results by entering their CIN. A notification is sent to them, indicating their results as well as the failed modules in case of failure.

Diploma Search:
This interface allows trainees to check whether their diploma is available or not. By entering their CIN, a notification is sent to them with the result.

Sotck exchange:
Trainees can check the status of their scholarship by entering their CIN. A notification is sent to them to inform them whether the scholarship has been paid or not.

Internship:
Trainees can consult all the information relating to their internship (host company, trainer, etc.) by entering their CIN.

Timetable;
View group schedules to stay up to date with training schedules.

Certificate of attendance:
Trainees can request a certificate of attendance by email by entering their CIN and name. This request is sent to the intern management service.

Contact:
This interface allows you to send an email to the center for any request for additional information.
