Fantastic app. Honestly what every retailer should be aiming for. I like the upgrade. Everything feels faster, cleaner. From browsing products to check out, it is seamless. Elegant design, navigation is effortless, and i can find exactly what I am looking for Other retailers should study and copy if they want to understand what a luxury shopping experience should look like.

App doesn't let me update correct phone no. It keeps saying invalid no. Then, I uninstalled and reininstalled. Now, I'm unable to log in even I clicked forgot password. The reset password link leads me to error. Agents are ussless. I got fed up trying to place order online as guest as I couldn't log in. I asked if I can just go get it from instore in Dubai Mall. I went there and the items are not there. Horrible app, website, and online agents.

For my past orders i faced 2 issues: 1st, their gift wrapping was not as per bloom standards. Worst is i received a damaged make up case outside & inside. How can the person who put it inside the box not see it! Boardpaper was ripped ! Result wasn't pleasing. They gave me the value as a gift card to use instead of adding it to my wallet. Now I want to send gifts & I am reconsidering choosing bloom because of the presentation.
