Atha Access opens the doors PMI manages: smart deadbolts, key boxes and lockboxes at the homes and offices we look after.

Find a property, stand at the door and slide to open. Your phone gets a key for that door that ends on its own. Need to let a vendor in? Get a one-time or timed code to send them, named and recorded.

Homes with a resident living in them are protected: entering needs a reason (the resident confirmed, 24-hour notice was given, or an emergency) and, for most team members, a second person's approval. Every opening is logged on the property.

- Slide to open over Bluetooth, no internet needed at the door
- Codes for vendors and showings, each with a name and an end time
- Entry requests and approvals for occupied homes
- Battery levels for every lock, and lockboxes tracked wherever they are
- Set up new locks, lockboxes and Wi-Fi gateways right from the app
- Fingerprint or face unlock to open the app

Atha Access is for PMI team members and requires a PMI Atha OS account.
