I have used this app for years to keep track of prayer timings, and it's been straightforward and functional. However, in recent weeks, the sheer number and intrusiveness of the ads have made it a miserable experience. I wish only the best for the development team and pray that Allah rewards them for their work, but something has to be done ASAP to remove these terrible ads that frequently cover the entire home screen and provide only a tiny "x" to close them out (which often doesn't work).

Really great app. Everything you need in one place. It has ads, but they are much more tolerable than other apps! Great product. As an update to my previous 5 star review, the one thing that I would like to see them do, is do a better job at providing Arabic script, transliteration, and translation for text. For example, when you add a Dhikr to your daily goals, it doesn't tell you what it is that you are saying. It has a transliteration but not the translation, which is extremely important.

Very disappointed that the widget which has been a staple of my use of the app has become a "premium" feature available through paid subscription only. I would have been willing to pay a one-time fee to purchase the app's premium features and to support the app's developer(s), but a paid subscription for something that has always been free is not something I am willing to bear. Time to look for a different athan app that doesn't charge for essential features like widgets.
