Ratings and reviews

The app is poorly organized. The filters mean absolutely nothing especially the "availability" filter which does absolutely nothing. I want to shop for things in the store, not items you haven't had for 2 years. The search feature ignores keywords that you input, it's very selective which makes finding things horrendous. There's the issue of things in-store are not available online so you can't order it to be picked up at another store. It drives me insane to use the app/website.

Ughhh this app is so frustrating!😤 This would probably be my go to store if I could have a decent experience on this app. It's slow, it gets stuck, when I'm scrolling down the selections I've searched for, it keeps popping back up to the top and it won't let me scroll past a certain point & forget about actually clicking on what you actually want to see, nope, at the last second it pops up and your finger hits the item above or below what you actually wanted. Also, don't show the out of stock.

This app has serious issues. Even when signed in, if I select order history, it asks me to log in again, but never takes me to the order. It's incredibly buggy. Stocks are not always correct, and orders are frequently canceled due to a lack of stock. I love At Home, but this app is terrible and way too frustrating.
