Ratings and reviews

The app is poorly organized. The filters mean absolutely nothing especially the "availability" filter which does absolutely nothing. I want to shop for things in the store, not items you haven't had for 2 years. The search feature ignores keywords that you input, it's very selective which makes finding things horrendous. There's the issue of things in-store are not available online so you can't order it to be picked up at another store. It drives me insane to use the app/website.

This app has serious issues. Even when signed in, if I select order history, it asks me to log in again, but never takes me to the order. It's incredibly buggy. Stocks are not always correct, and orders are frequently canceled due to a lack of stock. I love At Home, but this app is terrible and way too frustrating.

I love this store and love that they have an app. Although, every time I'm on it about 10-15 minutes into looking the app freezes up or when I save items to my favorites list, it won't save after so many saves. it's frustrating.
