About this app

Important

This application was developed for administrators customers who have enabled the AdmCondo app.
To access the app, simply use the same login and password, access to the portal administrator.

Intuitively the AdmCondo app provides access to services and community information.
Being able to view all your payment history, shares outstanding and with a few keystrokes, the main view of the condominium documents such as minutes of past meetings, rules of procedure and the condominium convention.


In AdmCondo app, you will get (**):


- Consult your digital ticket;

- Copy typeful line (bar code) and make payment through your bank application;

- Check your payment history;

- View all press releases issued by your administrator, and receive notifications each new release;

- Dialogue with your administrator and liquidator, through the "Customer";

- Analyze all the expenses of the condominium on Accountability;

- Simply put, to have access to phone the concierge and janitorial your condo

- Have exclusive access to the liquidator;

- Conduct reserves of the common areas of your condo (*);

(*) For condominiums with active iCondomínio;
(**) some features depend on the configuration of your administrator.
