Athar was created to be a companion that reminds you to pray, remember God, glorify Him, and recite the Quran for your loved ones, so that their memory remains present in your prayers, and your kindness towards them continues, God willing.
No distractions, no noise... just a quiet reminder and a heartfelt prayer.
Why Athar?
Athar is what a person leaves behind. In our pure religion, prayer remains one of the greatest gifts one can give to the deceased. The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When a person dies, all their deeds cease except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for them."
From this came the idea of Athar; to help you persevere in prayer and remembrance, and to never forget those who had a significant impact on your life.
