About this app

Welcome to Atico, your cloud-based interactive sales platform for luxury property developments. Our custom built platform can be found in display suites and showrooms and now our Atico Android app lets Atico customers view and share their projects from any phone, tablet or laptop.

Here’s what you can do with the Atico Android app:
• Explore Floorplans: View each level and apartment in your project, access media, view photography and virtual tours directly from the floorplan.
• View Level Photography: Explore your project views from any level with multiple times of day and full 360-degree movement using your device’s gyroscope.
• Media Gallery: Easily scroll through your project’s media, including marketing renderings, animations and video content.
• Interactive Virtual Tours: Immerse yourself in your project from all angles with virtual tours featuring hotspot linking and dynamic backgrounds that change levels.
• Share Your Project: Use unique QR codes to share your project with others, allowing them to view it from any device, even without the app.
• Screen Mirroring: Atico supports screen mirroring to any Google Chromecast-enabled television or projector.

Why Atico?
Our customers expressed a need for a presentation tool that maintained the high-quality marketing content they create for their projects. This sales tool needed to be interactive and easy to use. Existing solutions were difficult to navigate, of poor quality or required dedicated hardware for a single device in a single location. We couldn’t find a suitable solution, so we created our own.

The Atico Android app is available to all Atico customers and is designed to be easy to use, lightning-fast and accessible from any device. It’s a display suite, a showroom, a marketing presentation, all in your pocket. To use it, simply install the Atico Android app and enter your project code to view your project.
