About this app

AtiendeFácil connects your WhatsApp number to an AI assistant that serves your customers when you can't: in the early hours, during rush hour, or when your hands are full. It answers questions, takes orders, schedules appointments, and records payments, notifying you on your phone the moment someone needs to speak with a person.

WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU

• Responds automatically, at any time. The AI ​​answers using your catalog, prices, and hours. It learns from your business, it doesn't make things up.

• Notifies you when needed. If a customer requests to speak with someone, the conversation is scheduled and your phone rings. You open the chat, respond, and the bot remains silent until you return the chat.

• Automatically records orders. What is agreed upon via chat is entered as an order, including the products, shipping details, and outstanding balance.
