eSahyog is an effective software solution that covers the complete day-to-day functionality of the primary agriculture credit societies (PACS) through a centralized architecture. While designing Online eSahyog our primary focus is to make it simple to use and automate the time consuming & monotonous front and back office activities of a typical PACS branch. More importantly we made it completely compliant with common accounting system (CAS) and guidelines laid by NABARD. The software provides complete functional coverage through user friendly modules, sound security features and data availability through comprehensive reports.

Member Module
Registration of Members with complete details – Name, Land record, Aadhaar no., PAN, Loan outstanding, Family members, Mobile No., Assets held and other required details.
View, up-dation and deletion of members.

Account Module
Complete solution for day to day accounting including recording of receipts, payments, sales, purchases, loan disbursement and loan recovery etc.

Inventory Module
Complete solution for recoding of scheme wise (i.e. PDC, MSP, FPS, Seeds, Fertilizers and others) stocks.
Scheme and Product wise stock reconciliation (opening, purchases, sales / distribution / consumption and closing stock).

Bank Module
Management of Savings, RD and other accounts.

Loan Module
Complete solution with recording of loans provided to member under KCC, Short term, Mid-term and Long-term schemes.

Reporting Module
Financial Reports – Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Statement, Receipts and Payment Statement, Trading Account and other reports as per Common Accounting Standard (CAS) and guidelines laid by NABARD.
