1. Service Management
• Receive service requests from customers for new installations and other services (e.g., CCTV, Wi-Fi networks, etc.)
• Provide quotations for each request
• Move requests through stages: Quotation → Work in Progress → On Hold → Completed
• Add additional charges if required during the service
• Collect payment (manual record only)
• Mark service as completed once work is finished
2. Gift Redeem Module
• Browse available gifts in the redeem gift section
• Redeem gifts using accumulated points
3. Support & Complaints
• Raise complaints to admin through the support module.
