Update- Customer service emailed back saying they put in a fix for the bug causing the issue below. Now the app works just as intended!! Changing my rating to 5 stars! 1 star - Paid $9.99 to upgrade but my status hasn't updated on the app and I'm only able to list 2 alerts! I emailed customer support twice with no response. What a terrible app and even worse customer service.

I have not been able to get a reservation at space 220 since it opened, as soon as I found mousedining and signed up, I set my preference and received an alert within a couple days and secured my reservation within minutes for my preferred date and time. love this app!

Only 1 alert total is free. So you need to pick 1 place/date/time or pay. I did dinner at least instead of a specific time to get a little more range. Wish 1 place for 1 week alert was an option vs creating 7-21 alerts for just 1 place.
