App took forever to load, and once it did the layout was a mess. Items didn't fit, it seemed like I should be able to scroll horizontally because the right-side items were partially cut-off but I couldn't. Full store stock definitely wasn't displayed, and although it was advertised that all in-store deals and prices would carry through to the app, adding 2 monsters to my cart did not calculate the sale price. Terribly programmed, terrible to try to use, wholly disappointed after the advertising.

It took forever to even set up an account. Then I placed an order, EVERYTHING in the order I received was wrong. No customer service to help and the support team is NEVER online to help resolve the issue. Ive been waiting to possibly get a refund for a month now. Even the BP location that made the delivery has a faulty phone number

App is terrible I ordered multiple times and had to get refunded multiple times because they don't have things in stock that they say they do. Not 24/7 I've ordered delivery 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon no delivery I've ordered delivery 6:00 p.m. in the afternoon no delivery I ordere pickup sitting out front of the store and the app cancel it because they didn't want to place the order. This supposed to be 24/7 app you need to get it together terrible customer service you call there's no answer.
