AppEvents is an application that can also be used on tablets and PCs, it was designed and built to facilitate the management of usability in public and private events, while respecting user privacy.
The goal of AppEvents is to manage access to events. Book participation in any type of event, congress, concert, festival as well as in other spaces, such as accessing commercial activities, markets, beaches, parks, gyms, stadiums. Event organizers who choose to use AppEvents will simply have to indicate the position, size, available seats, and opening hours in which they need to check entrances and usage.
The user can book his or her family's presence by simply consulting the calendar of scheduled openings on the App and clicking on the time and place you are interested in. The verification of the accesses is instead guaranteed by the simple scanning of a QR Code. The app is integrated with a convenient system of rapid printing on paper to meet even people who are not comfortable with the idea of ​​an app on smartphone and can also be used to send communications to all users through notifications.
