I sign in, I can see my balance, I can see my past payments, but once I select pay bill, it all goes down hill. The app starts freezing. It's been like that for at least a month now. Seems like after the update. No-one in the company seems to care cause I've been asking about it for the past month. They don't acknowledge the issues and now that I've told them they're still acting lost. This is ridiculous cause not even the online payment version works.

Still barely works. Never has proper date. Balance doesn't seem to update for weeks . (Update) has gotten even worse since update. Won't let me pay. Can't type info in when trying to pay bill.
