Ratings and reviews

Awful experience, due to bank marking the vendor as scam one ACH payment was rejected, we rushed to make a payment with debit card and once balance became current they decided to cancel the cards. Leaving all fleet without fuel cards. This is not a reliable fleet card, one little inconvenience and you are stuck. Thankfully we have several ones and we were able to activate the back up card to drivers. But definitely would not recommend if you are relying on this card only.

APP NEEDS a lot of work. when searching allong route, if app is closed out, you have to retype the destination again, unlike RTS PRO where you click on a list of previously searched addresses and the whole route comes up from current location or last start location. also, when you get a list of stations on route, you don't get the distance to that station from where the truck is at, so good luck seeing if you got enough fuel to even get there.

Horrible, I was being charged unknown processing fees and late payments, even when I didn't use my cards. Also, every time I made a payment, it would not clear properly on their end (conveniently), and I was charged a $99 late fee. I would not recommend Using this app. Unless you want to be paying for gas at double or triple the cost.
