I couldn't connect at first, then I saw someones comment about a VPN. As soon as I turned that off it connected immediately. Camera quality isn't HD, but its detailed enough to see in your ear. It has a flip camera option which helped me alot. The tools that come with it are sturdy, they are not attachments. They are cleaning tools, I wouldn't recommend using them on yourself since you can't see how deep your going.

I saw one person having link connection issues. I had the same problem at first trying to use my bluetooth to sync the phone with the device. Once you turn on the device, go to your bluetooth setting, click on softish___ then quickly go to the app downloaded and press the search button. That will try to sync with the device. It took me 5 minutes because my phone said the device location was too small.

not very good yet !! I can't get the blocked notifications turned on inorder to begin using the APP !!!! I've had not one little bit of SUCCESS trying to install this program. I have very serious inner ear problems that began when I was 6 years old. There are times, too many of them, where my ENT appointments are very spaced apart and in the meantime my right ear fills up my middle ear area, it's not painful, very very discomforting. I've purchased a couple other ear cleaning tools
