I have owned outdoor wall lights for awhile now. About 8 months in I started having issues certain colors stopped working. I live over an hour away from Costco, so I went online and researched the problem and fixes. I have been adjusting ever since . Finally I can run only three colors and the top of lights don't match the bottom, most of the colors are shades of red only(unfortunately). The LED's did not last and since both lights are affected differently with problems- poor quality/ design

Basic and boring app. Bottom of the barrel customization. The "schedule" does not work. The app does not allow you to schedule different colors of lights to come on/turn off at certain times of the day. Plus, all of connected lights have to be the same color. You can't "schedule" a different color, for different light fixtures. Extremely disappointed with this brand & app. I would really like to give this app ZERO stars. 🤷🏼♂️

Worked until recently. The app can no longer connect to my smart heater. When it does try, I get an error screen, but due to a programming error, you cannot select any of the options. The heat dial is in the foreground of the error screen, preventing the ability to select any options from said error screen. This renders both the app and the smart part of my heater worthless.

Hi! We're sorry to hear this! Please delete your app from your phone, then re-download it. Then, remove the heater from your app and re-install it fresh.
