The app is not communicating with the string lights. The lights are on, but on the app their "offline." Tried to reconnect them, and they reconnected for 2 secs. I've had these lights for 3 yrs now, and this issue started about 2 months ago. I can't seem to fix the issue. I've disconnected the lights, reinstalled the app, moved my router, gone on airplane mode to use just wifi, and I continue to have this issue. I can't change the colors of the lights!! That's all I want to do. :(
