worst response from the agent. call option is not working. for chat no agent is available. for schedule call we get an message that you will receive a call but I didn't get any call. for email also didn't get any response. I am chasing since last 3 days for password reset but didn't got any response. Atos should start working on the agent availability and the service desk No. to be available once again actually it's no star from my end.

This is the worst support app for AtoS...As I'm fcing issue and need to contact Manila help desk..but even after waiting for 2 hours. Still no agent join chat room, Also I'd requested the call but no call came from agent...this is 2nd time happens to me. Its also impacting business while employee facing some issue..

Hi Vishal, We are sorry that you had a bad experience. Sometimes the desk is extremely busy and they couldn't handle your request. Moving forward, we will try to our response time while we also recommend if there is something extremely urgent, please directly call us.

Wasn't bad for connecting to equipment manufacturers for engineering paperwork. Could be better if they worked something out to have temporary access windows to a paperwork collection for a known SLA.
