I ordered a camel for AED5500 and it was cut in biggar pieces than I ordered, eventhough someone called me to confirm, and meat is smelly so I assume it was not as order specified. This is the first time to order camel and probably the last time to use this app if no proper action is taken. I ordered sheep few times, and I really thought they could be genuine. Except camel was really waste of money. I will be updating if there is any update. But knowing, this happens in low quality farms.

worst customer experience you could imagine and fail to deliver all the time and app crashes and no one to reach out

Worst experience ever. They don't have any operating phone number where you can talk to an actual Human Being. You keep on messaging on WhatsApp, you won't receive any response. Booked one goat for the first day of eid and the delivery time slot was 03:00PM - 06:00PM. Now it's 08:00PM and still not delivered, and don't know any status when it's going to be delivered. Deleting the app due to totally unprofessional behaviour.
