Ratings and reviews

Worst experience ever. They don't have any operating phone number where you can talk to an actual Human Being. You keep on messaging on WhatsApp, you won't receive any response. Booked one goat for the first day of eid and the delivery time slot was 03:00PM - 06:00PM. Now it's 08:00PM and still not delivered, and don't know any status when it's going to be delivered. Deleting the app due to totally unprofessional behaviour.

not recommended for Eid. Their T&C says that they have the right to cancel or delay the order at any time (depending on circumstances), but the customer can't cancel the order post slaughter. As a customer, you have no idea of knowing where your order is. All you get is that you have been assigned a driver. So basically after you place the order you are at their merci. You can't cancel it and you can't trace it. All you can do is hope.

From A to Z, it exceeded my expectations. Well designed application; user-friendly and easy to navigate. Excellent tracking update & notification. Delivery on time, in fact, it could arrive earlier than expected. Packaging & product beyond perfection. (My review is based on 1 type of product). The quality of service is impressive. All the best to everyone who worked / works on this.
