this app is designed to steal from you. I was fine with paying the $4.99 to get my results but didn't get them I was sent to a bot who didn't answer my question because it ran out of time, then I cancelled the subscription before deleting the app, just to have them charge me for the subscription days later. I asked customer service for a refund and they said that I knew what I was signing up for and that I didn't end the subscription before the end trail date which is BS. What a waste of money!

The app is designed to take more money from the user. The ads don't even give you what they advertise EVEN WITH payment. If you're not careful in using a back button, they'll charge you for something else. When I asked for a refund on something I didn't mean to get, they refused saying that I agreed to it, referring to the $1 trial period, which is not the purchase I was disputing, and referencing their terms of agreement stating that they don't do refunds. DO NOT USE THIS APP! IT IS A SCAM!

App support team are sneaky and unethical. The cancellation process after trial is made to be very difficult, and then after you think you have cancelled because they send a confirmation email, you actually have to go through that email again to officially cancel. Also, they will send this email to your spam, so you don't see it, even though the rest of their emails come to your primary account. They're thieves. I cancelled Feb 11, they charged $49.99 on the 13th, and they refused to refund.
