This app is a joke. User interaction- and interface- wise it's utter shambles—badly designed, very unintuitive to find the bus line you're looking for, when you do there's no way to distinguish on which side of the road you are in the app (which affects arrival time), map integration simply doesn't work (bus lines show on a blank canvas), no area categorization whatsoever and many more. On top, the arrival data provided is never correct. Typical MIZA (dirty money payoff) case.

Had to use this app for the past 1 year daily. I am beyond dissapointed about how an app can misfunction as bad as this one. Negative stars isnt an option so Im giving it one. Please dont trust this app with any of your time. Expect it to always let you down because not one feature of it works unless you get lucky. Also when it shows that loading animation, dont wait. It will keep you waiting for as long as the app is open. The only solution is to open and close the app around 10 times to work

there's no option to remove the dark mode from the map, making it unfriendly to the users. Plus it keeps asking for permission to allow to schedule the alarms... i don't get why an app about transportation is asking for such kind of permission.. what's more frustrating is that no matter how many times I deny, it keeps popping up🥴 Update: the map issue was fixed. alarm permission still remains. now it looks like the system is down. please update it and have the announcements work in the app
