edit. Just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with this app again and I am sure it's going to happen later down the line too. If I could rate with negative stars, I would. Timetables are flatout wrong sometimes. I can't wait 45+ minutes during a day filled with urgent tasks, as I have due to this app. Do better!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars or half a star. This is absolutely horrendous! Most of the time the arrival time is blank, and even when it works it's a semi-accurate estimation at best. This app hasn't improved since 2019; if anything it has gotten worse. Not to mention that if a bus has "temporarily" changed its route it basically doesn't exist on the map. I guess temporarily changing the route on the app that can already track their location at any moment is too much to ask for. Sheesh

For the past six months nothing has changed; I have to open and close the app more than 5 times for it to show me what I need, as it just keeps loading and loading for everything. No real-time bus locations, no real-time arrival update, not even loading bus lines today! Just disappointed in this app, as it used to work. I would give it negative stars. Pity...
