✅ Identification of dangerous calls: When a user receives a call, Policop verifies in real time if the number has previously been reported as suspected of extortion or fraud. In case of a match, the app displays an alert on the screen to warn the user before answering.
✅ Sending emergency alerts: Policop allows users to send real-time alerts in case of traffic accidents, theft, violence, fires and other emergency events. Alerts are notified to appropriate authorities and nearby neighbors for faster response.

To offer these security features, Policop requires access to incoming calls in order to:

✔ Allow users to quickly contact authorities in emergency situations.
