Maintaining the attendance record with day-to-day activities is a challenging task. Present strategies for taking attendance are tedious and time-consuming. Attendance records can be easily manipulated by manual recording.

We are enrolling all the Rysun Employees first time in the system with basic information like personal details, address details, reporting manager details and capturing a photo with a liveness check in order to avoid fake or uploading photos manually into the system. We are doing OTP-based verification of mobile numbers and email id during the registration process. When the Rysun Employee submits the registration form with all validation, we capture location details and generate a unique id and then send an SMS and Email to the Rysun Employee's registered mobile number and email id to be verified at the time of filling the registration form.

We do not store photos/images of the stakeholders, neither at the device nor the server, we only extract and store digitally encrypted extract(template) on the server for matching purposes.

User can mark his/her attendance using mobile application, we are capturing liveliness to ensure no snooping/fake uploads are possible using photo or videos apart from this we also capturing latitude, longitude, date time, IMEI number and make of the device without ability to edit so we can track the device and make sure that user is marking the attendance using the correct device and place.

Reporting manager can able to see or check his/her employee attendances report on daily, weekly, monthly basic with the attendance location.
